Packaged in bulk, food service size, retail or customized to your needs.  Our pulps are  sourced from creative food processors in Costa Rica who work with local long traditional farmers, providing us with an authentic fruit that is typical of the region and not usually available for outside markets. General specifications: Frozen or pasteurized (Up to 1 year shelf life). Custom packaging available for industrial, food service or retail. Standard packaging drums, gallons and food service bottles. Private Label available. A process of pasteurization provides elimination of bacteria and provides up to 1 year of shelf life.
